RESOLUTION 10-187
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A SHARP MX M453N DIGITAL COPIER
SYSTEM FROM IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE UTILITY BILLING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DEPARTMENTS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,341.29 INCLUDING A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $0.005 PER PAGE PER MONTH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality witlrin Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,a lease agreement related to a Sharp AR-507located in the Utility Billing
has expired;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff obtained quotes from three office equipment companies for a
new black and white copier/scanner;AND,
WHEREAS,City staff recommends the approval of a Sharp MX M453N Digital
Copier System from hnaging Technologies for Waukee Utility Billing Office in the
amount of $5,341.29 including a maintenance agreement in the amount of $0.005 per
page per month;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of June 2010 that it hereby approves the purchase of a Sharp MX
M453N Digital Copier System from hnaging Technologies for the Utility Billing and
Community Development Departments in the amount of$5,341.29 including a
maintenance agreement in the amount of $0.005 per page Imonth.
