RESOLUTION 10-192
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WARRIOR STATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
Warrior Station on June 8,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Warrior Station is in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan
Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21st day ofJune,2010 that the Site Plan for Warrior Station is approved,with the removal of
the "right-in only"access from Hickman Road.
