RESOLUTION 10-206
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH HOISINGTON KOEGLER GROUP INC.
RELATED TO ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN DESIGN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has directed City staff to move forward with the design
of an Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan;AND,
WHEREAS,the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan Selection Committee reviewed proposals
from nine consultants relative to the proposed master plan design,and recommend approval of
the proposal submitted by Hoisington Koegler Group,Inc.;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed contract from Hoisington Koegler Group,Inc.includes a scope of
services including land use planning,economic analysis,marketing analysis,infrastructure
analysis and phasing;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposed contract from Hoisington Koegler
Group,Inc.and finds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session thisiz"day of July,2010,that the contract with Hoisington Koegler Group,Inc.related to Alice's
Road Coni dol'Master Plan Design is hereby accepted and approved.
