RESOLUTION 10-208
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WEST BANK'S BANKING SERVICES
PROPOSAL FOR 3 YEARS BEGINNING JULY 1,2010,2011 AND 2012
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee mailed Requests For Proposals to 14 local banking
institution;AND,
WHEREAS,the City received 6 written proposals for consideration and review;AND,
WHEREAS,the City's Director of Finance and City Administrator/Clerk have reviewed
each proposal and recommends acceptance and approval of West Banle's proposal;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWauleee City Council in
session this 12'11day of July 2010 that it hereby approves and accepts the proposal from
West Banle for banlcing services to be provided to the City ofWaulcee for the years
beginning July 1,2010,2011 and 2012.
