RESOLUTION 10-200
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Newblood Development IV has completed the public improvements
associated with Fox Creek Estates Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in Fox Creek
Estates Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constmcted as a part of this proj ect are
in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 12th day ofJuly 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Fox Creek Estates Plat 2.
