RESOLUTION 10-204
APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR STONE PRAIRIE
PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has approved a preliminary plat and construction drawings for
Stone Prairie Plat 1 which included certain intemal and off-plat improvements to the
property prior to approval by the City of the Final Plat for Stone Prairie;AND,
WHEREAS,the original developers of the property satisfied some of the improvements,
however,the project was abandoned prior to full completion ofthe intemal and off-plat
improvements and the Final Plat for Stone Prairie has not been approved;AND,
WHEREAS,the City and the current property owner,Ames Community Bank,have
reached agreement by which the current property owner agrees to undertake the
obligations and responsibilities of the outstanding improvements in exchange for the City
approving the Final Plat for Stone Prairie Plat 1.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 12th day ofJuly 2010 that the Development Agreement for Stone Prairie Plat
1 is hereby approved.
