RESOLUTION 10-203
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS (REVISED)FOR
SE WESTOWN PARKWAY (STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 1)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for SE Westown
Parkway improvements associated with Stone Prairie Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 12th day of July 2010 that the Construction Drawings for SE Westown
Parkway (Stone Prairie Plat 1)be approved.
