RESOLUTION 10-223
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SNYDER AND
ASSOCIATES,INC.RELATED TO 6TH STREET AND HICKMAN ROAD TRAFFIC
SIGNAL/ICAAP FUNDING APPLICATION FOR SIGNAL SYSTEM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Muuicipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has directed City staff to move forward with the design
of a traffic signal at s"Street and Hickman Road and a funding application for a signal system
project;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed contract from Snyder and Associates,Inc.includes a scope of
services including ICAAP Funding Application,Traffic Signal Design and Construction
Services/Timing Plans;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposed professional services agreement from
Snyder and Associates,Inc.and fmds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
9th day of August,2010,that the professional services agreement with Snyder and Associates,
Inc.related to s"Street and Hickman Road Traffic Signal/ICAAP Funding Application for
signal system is hereby accepted and approved.
