RESOLUTION 10-221
APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT PROPOSALS WITH THE WALDINGER
CORPORATION FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF HVAC SYSTEMS
WITHIN CERTAIN CITY BUILDINGS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,for the past two years,the Waukee City Council approved Service Agreement
Proposals with The Waldinger Corporation for HVAC inspections and maintenance for
Waukee City Hall,Waukee Public Safety and Waukee Public Library facilities (Resolutions
#08-192,#09-205);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff is satisfied with the work done over the past two years by The
Waldinger Corporation and recommends retaining the services of The Waldinger Corporation
for another year;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWaulcee City Council in session
this 9th day of August 2010 that the Service Agreement Proposals with The Waldinger
Corporation for inspection and maintenance ofHVAC systems within certain city buildings is
hereby accepted and approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City
Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on beh if of the City.
