RESOLUTION 10-239
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE
ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR MASTER PLAN STEERING COMMITTEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council has established the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan
Steering Committee in order to establish goals and expectations of the project and provide input,
review,and oversight of the project progress (Resolution #10-224);AND,
WHEREAS,in addition to those Committee member appointments approved by the City
Council on August 9,2010 (Resolution #10-225),Mayor William F.Peard has appointed C01111ie
Newlin as a citizen member of the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan Steering Committee;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this the 23'-dday of August 2010 that it hereby approves the mayor's appointment of Connie
Newlin to the Alice's Road Corridor Master Plan Steering C0111111ittee.
