RESOLUTION 10-236
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating,Inc.,has completed the public improvements associated
with the University Avenue Water Main Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in the
University Avenue Water Main Extension Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waulcee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 23'-d day of August 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the University Avenue Water Main Extension Project.
