RESOLUTION 10-251
APPROVING THE PRESENTATION OF FY2011 PERSONNEL
EVALUATION/GOALS FOR THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORlTYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,J effrey L.Kooistra is serving as the City Administrator/Clerk for the City of
Waukee at the will ofthe City Council of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council in Closed Session,at the request of the City Administrator,
evaluated the professional competence ofthe City Administrator/Clerk and it was
determined that the evaluation should be memorialized and made a part of the personnel
file ofthe City Administrator/Clerk;AND,
WHEREAS,the Mayor is the appropriate official to present the evaluation/goals to the
City Administrator/Clerk for placement in the personnel file of the City
Administrator/Cleric.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
Mayor shall memorialize and present the evaluation/goals to the City Administrator for
placement in the Personnel file.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this,the 13th day of
September 2010.
