RESOLUTION 10-247
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
STONE PRAIRIE TRUNK SEWER PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,McAninch,Inc.,on behalf of property owner Ames Community Bank,has
completed the public improvements associated with the Stone Prairie Trunk Sewer
Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Stone Prairie Tll.111kSewer Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part ofthis project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BEUJWOLVED by the City of Waukee City C0l111Cilin
session this 13th day of ~1t)'10 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Stone Prairie Trunk Sewer Project.
