RESOLUTION 10-248
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
STONE PRAIRIE SUBDIVISION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating,on behalf of property owner Ames Community Bank,
has completed the public improvements associated with the Stone Prairie subdivision;
AND,
~WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in Stone
Prairie and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this proj ect are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE ~t!Jm~OL VED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 13th day of ri';TIho that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the Stone Prairie subdivision.
