APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR THE
BOONE DRIVE CURB AND GUTTER PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF WAUKEE,row A:
That the construction contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for the
construction of certain public improvements described in general as the Boone Drive Curb and
Gutter Proj ect,are hereby approved as follows:

Bond surety:United Fire &Casualty Company
