RESOLUTION 10-256
APPROVING RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS
PCS,LLC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,New Cingular Wireless PCS,LLC has requested permission to construct
infrastructure within the City trail right of way between 5th and 6th Street.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,
that the Right of Way Agreement for New Cingular Wireless pes,LLC is approved and the City
Clerk shall file such agreement with the Dallas County Recorder's Office.
