RESOLUTION 10-267
APPROVAL OF AMENDING THE ADDRESS OF 460 SE BRICK DRIVE TO 560
SE BRICK DRIVE.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the existing address of 460 SE Brick Drive was originally given based upon
the building being constructed within the middle ofthe lot;AND,
WHEREAS,the location of the building has changed to be located on the south portion
of the lot and the developer ofthe property has requested the address be changed to be
consistent with the City's block addressing system;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 4th day of October 2010,that the local address of 460 SE Brick Drive
be amended to 560 SE Brick Drive.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record
with the Recorders Office of Dallas County,Iowa.
