APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR THE
TRAIL HEAD SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT,ALSO KNOWN AS THE
BUill TRAIL SEWER PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF WAUKEE,row A:
That the construction contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for the
construction of certain public improvements described in general as the Trail Head Sewer
Extension Project,also known as the Bike Trail Sewer Project,are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:R.D.McKinney Plumbing &Excavating,Inc.,of Waukee,IA
Date of contract:September 29,2010
Bond surety:Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual),Des Moines,IA
Date of bond:September 29,2010
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 4th day of October,2010.
