RESOLUTION 10-271
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WAUKEE FAMILY TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Townhomes,L.P.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of
Waukee Family Townhomes Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 13,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee Family Townhomes Plat 1 and the documents relating
thereto comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 4th day of October,2010 that the Final Plat for Waukee Family Townhomes Plat 1 be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to
receipt of executed legal documents approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat
l.Easement for Public Utility;
2.Easement for Storm Sewer;
3.Easement for Overland Flowage;
4.Easement for Stormwater Detention;
5.Easement for Public Ingress/Egress;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Waukee Family Townhornes Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,
with the Dallas County Recorder.
