RESOLUTION 10-270
APPROVAL OF AMENDING CERTAIN ADDRESSES WITHIN THE CITY OF
WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the paving of NE Douglas Parkway (2S0'h Street)and SE Westown
Parkway (312'h Place)is nearing completion and it is in the best interest of the City to
officially change the street names of these two streets to coincide with adjacent
development and adj acent connmmities;AND,
WHEREAS,in addition to the street name change,it is also in the City's best interest to
change the addresses of certain properties to coincide with the addressing system used
throughout the rest of the City;AND,
'VREREAS,staff recommends changing the following local addresses for residents
within the City to be consistent with the City addressing system:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa in session this 4'h day of October 2010,that the local addresses as referenced above
arc amended.A copy of this resolution shall be filed of record with the Recorders Office
of Dallas County,Iowa.
