Approving contract and bond for the 2010 Biosolids Removal Project
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public
improvements described in general as 2010 Biosolids Removal Project,and which have been
signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf ofthe City be and the same are hereby approved as
follows:
Contractor:Neese,Inc.,of Grand Junction,IA
Date of contract:October 4,2010
Bond surety:IMT Insurance Company,Des Moines,IA
Date ofbond:October 8,2010
Portion of project:All Construction Work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 18th day ofOctobcr,2010.
