RESOLUTION 10-276
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ORGANIZED BY DESIGN RELATED TO THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FILING SYSTEM AND PREPARATION,
ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FILE RELOCATION TO THE
NEW WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,in light of the future relocation of the Public Works Department to their new
facility,the Public Works staff sees a need for 1)assistance with organizations/space planning
to determine where existing and new items will be placed in the new offices;2)the planning,
preparation,organization and implementation of the move to the new location;3)the
organization of the new office once the move is complete;and 4)systems and process
management evaluation and implementation of new systems if and where needed;AND,
WHEREAS,Organized by Design has submitted a proposal to provide such organizational
services;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the agreement and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City C01U1Cilin session
this 18th day of October 201 0 that it hereby approves an agreement with Organized by Design
related to the Public Works Department filing system and preparation,organization and
implementation of file relocation to the new Waukee Public Works Facility.
