RESOLUTION 10-290
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR WAUKEE FAMILY TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Jerry's Homes,Inc.(the "Developer")has requested fmal approval of Park view
Crossing Plat 8 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on October 12,2010;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 8 and the documents relating thereto
comply in all respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee
Municipal Code;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15th day of November,2010 that the Final Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 8 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat
1.Easement for Public Utility;
2.Easement for Storm Sewer;
3.Easement for Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer;
4.Easement for Stormwater Detention;
5.Easement for Stonnwater Management Facility Maintenance Covenant;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Park view Crossing Plat 8,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
