RESOLUTION 10-286
APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTERNATES AS NOTED IN EXHIBIT
'A'OF THE RESOLUTION FOR THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,600.90
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 8,2010,the Waukee City Council approved the adoption of plans,
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Waukee Public Works Facility
Project (Resolution #10-51);AND,
WHEREAS,Design Alliance,Inc.,architect for the Project,reconnnends the City of Waukee
accept the implementation of alternates as noted on the Contracts Sunnnary dated November 15,
2010,and which is attached hereto as Exhibit 'A.'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15th day of November 2010 that it hereby approves the implementation of alternates as noted in
Exhibit 'A'of the resolution for the Waukee Public Works Facility Project in the amount of
$27,600.90 .
