RESOLUTION 11-02
APPROVING AN OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT RELATED TO LOTS 18 AND
19 OF FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,NEWBLOOD DEVELOPMENT N,owners of Lots 18 and 19 of Fox Creek
Estates Plat 2 ("Property Owner"),has requested approval of a public easement for overland
flowage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does bereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed as a part of the Plat:
1.Easement for Overland Flowage;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED on this 10th day of January,2011,that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to file the Overland Flowage Easement related to Lots 18 and 19 of Fox
Creek Estates Plat 2,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas County
Recorder.
