RESOLUTION 11-07
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER
FOR THE YEAR 2011
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee must annually appoint an individual to the position of
City Health Officer;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Keith Rash as City Health Officer for
calendar year 2011;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on the
10th of January,2011,does hereby approve the mayor's appointment of Keith Rash as
City Health Officer for the Year 2011.
