RESOLUTION 11-12
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF THE GREATER DALLAS COUNTY
DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE FOR THE YEAR 2011
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City ofWaulcee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City ofWaulcee is a member of the Greater Dallas County Development
Alliance,an organization that functions primarily to promote economic development
throughout Dallas County;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Mayor to appoint a representative to the GDCDA board;
AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard appoints City Administrator/Cleric Jeffrey L.Kooistra
as the City ofWaulcee representative to the Board of the Greater Dallas County Development
Alliance.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWaulcee City Council in session
this io"day of January 20 11,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of the City of
Waukee representative to the Board of the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance for
the Year 2011.
