RESOLUTION 10-304
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 8
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Gator Excavating has completed the public improvements associated with
Parkview Crossing Plat 8;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Parkview Crossing Plat 8 and COnTInn that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of December 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Parkview Crossing Plat 8.
