RESOLUTION 10-301
APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTERNATES AS NOTED IN EXHIBIT
'A'OF THE RESOLUTION FOR THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,520.70
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 8,2010,the Waukee City Council approved the adoption of plans,
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Waukee Public Works Facility
Project (Resolution #10-51);AND,
WHEREAS,Design Alliance,Inc.,architect for the Project,recommends the City of Waukee
accept the implementation of alternates as noted on the Contracts Summary dated November 29,
2010,and which is attached hereto as Exhibit 'A.'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council iu session this
6th day of December 2010 that it hereby approves the implementation of alternates as noted iu
Exhibit 'A'of the resolution for the Waukee Public Works Facility Project i/he amount of
$22,520.70..
