RESOLUTION 10-300
CORRECTING A SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN RESOLUTION #10-286,
IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTERNATES FOR THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS
FACILITY PROJECT,SO THAT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT IS CORRECTED
TO TOTAL $27,060.90
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on November 15,2010,the Waukee City Council approved a resolution
approving the implementation of alternates as noted in Exhibit 'A'of the resolution for the
Waukee Public Works Facility Project in the amount of $27,600.90 (Resolution #10-286);
AND,
WHEREAS,Resolution #10-286 contains a scrivener's error in the total dollar amount which
reads as $27,600.90 but should instead read as $27,060.90;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 6th day of December 2010 that the scrivener's error contained in Resolution #10-286,
approving the implementation of altemates as noted in Exhibit'A'of the resolution for the
Waukee Public Works Facility Project in the amount of$27,600.90,is hereby corrected so
that the total dollar amount reads as $27,060.90.
