RESOLUTION 10-303
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
TRAIL HEAD SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,R.D.McKinney Plumbing &Excavating,Inc.,has completed the public
improvements associated with the Trail Head Sewer Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed for the Trail
Head Sewer Extension Project and confmn that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of December 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Trail Head Sewer Extension Project.
