RESOLUTION 10-312
APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ALTERNATES AS NOTED IN EXHIBIT
'A'OF THE RESOLUTION FOR THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,780.35
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on March 8,2010,the Waukee City Council approved the adoption of plans,
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Waukee Public Works Facility
Project (Resolution #10-51);AND,
WHEREAS,Design Alliance,Inc.,architect for the Project,recommends the City of Waukee
accept the implementation of alternates as noted on the Contracts Summary dated December 14,
2010,and which is attached hereto as Exhibit'A.'
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20th day of December 20 I 0 that it hereby approves the implementation of alternates as noted in
Exhibit 'A'ofthe resolution for the Waukee Public Works F cility Project in the amount of
$6,780.35.
