RESOLUTION 10-314
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
WESTOWN PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (STONE PRAIRIE)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Stemquist Construction has completed the public improvements associated
with Westown Parkway Improvement Project (Stone Prairie);AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Westown Parkway Improvement Project (Stone Prairie)and confrrm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of December 2010 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for Westown Parkway Improvement Project (Stone Prairie).
