RESOLUTION 11-18
APPROVING A PROPOSAL FOR COMMISSIONING SERVICES WITH
SYSTEMWORKS,LLC,REGARDING THE WAUKEE PUBLIC LIBRARY
HVACIMPROYEMENTPROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 23,2010,the Waukee City Council approved an engineering
agreement with Twin Rivers Engineering Consultants related to the Waukee Public
Library HV AC Improvement Project (Resolution #10-245);AND,
WHEREAS,System Works,LLC,has provided the City with a proposal to review the
engineering design documents to make certain that it meets City expectations and to
find possible ways to lower the project construction and operating costs;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposal and has no objections;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 24th day of January 2011 that it hereby approves a Proposal for
Commissioning Services with SystemWorks,LLC,regarding the Waukee Public
Library HV AC Improvement Project.
