RESOLUTION 11-21
APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROPOSAL FROM
TWIN RIVERS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS RELATED TO THE
WAUKEE LIBRARY HVAC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on August 23,2010,the Waukee City Council approved an engineering agreement
with Twin Rivers Engineering Consultants related to the Waukee Public Library HV AC
Improvement Project (Resolution #10-245);AND,
WHEREAS,on January 24,2011,the Waukee City Council approved a Proposal for
Commissioning Services with SystemWorks,LLC,related to the review of the engineering
design documents provided by Twin Rivers Engineering Consultants (Resolution #11-18);AND,
WHEREAS,in response to the approved Proposal for Commissioning Services,Twin Rivers
Engineering Consultants has provided an Additional Services Proposal as an extension ofthe
original contract in order to encompass the additional services required related to the building
commissioning;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposal and has no objections;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of February 2011 that it hereby approves an Additional Services Proposal from Twin
Rivers Engineering Consultants related to the Waukee Library HV AC Improver nt Proj eel.
