RESOLUTION 11-25
APPROVING THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS MONITORING AGREEMENT WITH
MIDWEST ALARM SYSTEMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,Midwest Alarm Systems proposes to provide a central station monitoring of the
fire alarm system set at the new Waukee Public Works Facility;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposal and has no objections;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of February 2011 that it hereby approves the Waukee Public Works Monitoring
Agreement with Midwest Alarm Systems .
