RESOLUTION 11-24
APPROVING THE WAUKEE PUBLIC WORKS PRJ CONTRACT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,Enventis (Hickory Tech)proposes to provide phone service to the new Waukee
Public Works Facility,including one (1)PRJ,three (3)analog Bllines,two (2)blocks of20 DID
numbers,and caller ill name and number;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the proposal and has no objections;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of February 2011 that it hereby approves the Waukee Public Works PRI Contract with
Enventis .
