RESOLUTION 11-28
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 2001 USED DUMP TRUCK/SNOW
PLOW FROM O'HALLORAN INTERNATIONAL,INC.,OF ALTOONA,IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,500.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a used dump truck/snow plow from O'Halloran International,Inc.,in the amount of
$32.500.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase would replace a 1997 dump truck/snow plow that
has served beyond the point of reliability;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWaulcee City Council in
session this 7th day of February 2011 that it hereby approves the purchase of a used
dump truck/snow plow from O'Halloran International,Inc.,of Altoona,Iowa,in the
amount of $32,500.00 .
