RESOLUTION 11-26
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
WAUKEE SOUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Rochon Corporation has completed the public improvements associated
with the Waukee South Middle School Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part ofthe
Waukee South Middle School Project and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 7'h day of February 2011 that it hereby approves the Certificate of
Completion for the Waukee South Middle School Project
