RESOLUTION 11-32
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR HY-VEE GROCERY,C-STORE,AND CARW ASH
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
By-Vee Grocery,C-Store,and Carwash on February 8,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for By-Vee Grocery,C-Store,and Carwash is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 28th day of Feb mary,2011 that the Site Plan for By-Vee Grocery,C-Store,and Carwash is
approved.
