RESOLUTION 11-33
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAUKEE HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Plauning and Zarling Connnission approved the Site Plan for
Waukee High School Addition on February 22,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Warrior Station is in general conformance with §304 -Site Plan
Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 29tIl day of February 2011 that the Site Plan for Waukee High School Addition is approved
contingent upon subnrittal of executed easement documents.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the easements with the
Dallas County Recorder:
1.Easement for Public Overland Flowage and Storm Sewer (2);
2.Easement for Public Storm Sewer (2);
3.Easement for Public Water Main (2)
4.Easement for Public Overland Flowage;
5.Easement for Public Trail;
6.Easement for Traffic Signal (3);
7.Easement for Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance
