RESOLUTION 11-36
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 9
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Parkview Crossing
Plat 9;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on tins 7th day of March 2011 that the Construction Drawings for Park iew
Crossing Plat 9 be approved.
