RESOLUTION 11-54
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CFA WIN7/8 FLEET MANAGEMENT
SOFTWARE FROM CFA SOFTWARE IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,585.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Department recommends the purchase of CFA Win7/8
fleet management software from CFA Software in the amount of$21,858.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the software would enable the Public Works Department to manage
maintenance costs,track maintenance schedules,generate preventative maintenance and
repair work orders,and manage inventory including initial inventory and restocking;
AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed software purchase includes updates,internet-based
workshops,product support and desktop connection;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of April 2011 that it hereby approves the purchase of CF A Win7/8
fleet management software from CFA Software in the amount of$21,585.00
