APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR THE
2010 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public improvements
described in general as 2010 Sidewalk Improvement Program,and which have been signed by
the Mayor and Clerk on behalf ofthe City be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:AJ Erdman Enterprises,LLC
Date of contract:March 30,2011
Bond surety:AMCO Insurance Company
Date of bond:March 25,2011
Portion ofproject:All Construction Work
