APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR
SOUTH R-22 SHOULDER STABILIZATION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,lOW A:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public
improvements described in general as South R-22 Shoulder Stabilization Project,and which have
been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved
as follows:
Contractor:Peterson Contractors,Inc.
Date of contract:April 4,2011
Bond surety:Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America
Date of bond:April 4,2011
Portion of project:All Construction Work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 18th day of April,2011.
