RESOLUTION 11-77
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE SYRVET ADDITION -955 SE OLSON DRIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site Plan for
the Syrvet Addition -955 SE Olson Drive on April 26,2011;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Syrvet Addition is in general conformance with §304 -Site
Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 9th day of May,2011 that the Site Plan for the Syrvet Addition -955 SE Olson Drive is
approved.
