RESOLUTION 11-81
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING COMPLIANCE WITH IOWA CODE CHAPTER 80F
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,City Council of the City of Waukee desires that Iowa code Chapter SOP processes
by complied with by the City and authorizes the City Attorney to proceed in accordance
therewith;AND,
WHEREAS,in undertaking compliance with Iowa Code Chapter SOP,the City Attorney is
authorized to consult with outside consultants as the City Attorney deems appropriate at au
expense not to exceed $5,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
23'd day of May,2011,that the City Attorney is authorized to assure compliance with Iowa code
Chapter SOP and engage outside consultants as part of that effort at an expense of not to exceed
$5,000.00.
