RESOLUTION 11-90
AWARDING THE PURCHASE OF A 2011 SERVICE BODY FOR A 2011
PICK-UP TO TRUCK EQUIPMENT,INC.,OF DES MOINES,lA,IN THE
AMOUNT OF $7,255.00
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council approved awarding the purchase of a 2011 pick-
up to Shottenkirk Chevrolet of Waukee,lA,in the amount of $22,900.84 (Resolution
#11-89)as part of the 10-year cycle replacement program;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a 2011 service body for a 2011 pick-up to Truck Equipment,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,
in the amount of $7,255.00,to be installed on the 2011 pick-up approved for purchase
by the Waukee City Council;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWaulcee City Council in
session this 6th day ofJune 2011 that it hereby approves the purchase of a 2011 service
body for a 2011 pick-up to Truck Equipment,Inc.,of Des Moines,IA,in the amount of
$7,255.00.
