RESOLUTION 11-91
AWARDING THE PURCHASE OF A STEEL FLATBED TO BE INSTALLED ON
A 2000 CHEVY SERVICE BODY PICK-UP TO TRUCK EQUIPMENT,INC.,OF
DES MOINES,lA,IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,502.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a steel flatbed to be installed on a 2000 Chevy service body pick-up to Truck
Equipment,Inc.,of Des Moines,lA,in the amount of$2,502.00;AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase will be installed on an existing pick-up truck used
by all Public Works departments;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of June 2011 that it hereby approves the purchase of a steel flatbed
to be installed on a 2000 Chevy service body pick-up to Truck Equipment,Inc.,of Des
Moines,lA,in the amount of$2,502.00.
