RESOLUTION 11-92
AWARDING THE PURCHASE OF A TRAILER-MOUNTED RING-O-MATIC
mCFM 550 VAC SYSTEM TO MIDWEST UNDERGROUND SUPPLY OF
BONDURANT,lA,IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,900.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 31,2011 at 2:30 p.m.,quotes were received and opened for a
vacuum excavator to replace the current 2003 H ydro Vac model owned by the City of
Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,two (2)quotes were received for vacuum excavators;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase
of a trailer-mounted Ring-O-Matic HICFM 550 Vac System from Midwest
Underground Supply of Bondurant,IA,in the amount of$19,900.00;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of June 2011 that it hereby approves the purchase of a trai1er-
mounted Ring-O-Matic HICFM 550 Vac System from Midwest Underground Supply of
Bondurant,IA,in the amount of $19,900.00.
